We remain open for business as usual - taking extra care when packaging items - ensuring all work surfaces are thoroughly cleaned daily and implementing social distancing when shipping out to you to ensure the safety of all. Your health and safety is our top priority and due to the current impact of COVID-19 globally we are experiencing some delays to shipping of all our orders.
As such we are only doing weekly deliveries now, and aim to ship your orders every Friday.
Our returns policy is flexible for anyone who needs additional time. We have extended the policy to 30 days, but if you need longer, you can send us an email and we will assist. Just remember all items returned must be unused and with all original packaging (see our returns page for more details).
