WHEN WILL MY ORDER DISPATCH?

We ship Monday - Friday (excluding holidays). Standard UK orders will be on their way within 3 business days and orders placed on weekends or holidays, will ship the next business day. 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Standard UK orders should arrive within 7 business days via Royal Mail. If you select a tracked service at the checkout and place your order before 9am, you will receive within 1 business day (excluding holidays). 

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Standard - £2.50 Royal Mail 1st Class

Signed for - £3.50 Royal Mail 2nd Class

Next Day - £3.95 Royal Mail Tracked  (Order before 10am Monday – Thursday)

WHERE IS MY ORDER?

All orders are sent with Royal Mail. Please allow 7 business days once dispatched to arrive with you. If you have not received your order after 10 business days, please contact us.

Unless you have selected a tracked method at the checkout, we cannot trace the parcel and would recommend you check all safe places/neighbours for delivery in the first instance and then contact your local delivery office.

Please ensure you provide a full correct address and contact method for the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for items which do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details provided. 

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Of course… Hey Y’all, Halla, Salut, Hej, thanks for visiting Bon + Bear. 

We offer a flat rate shipping cost of £13.95 for all international orders which is tracked and signed for. This does not include duties and taxes that may be incurred and the customer is responsible for any fees on arrival. 

International sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Depending on the location and each country's postal procedures, your order can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. 

Please allow up to 10 business days once dispatched to arrive (we will issue a tracking number). If you have not received your order after this time, please contact us. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

To receive notification of when an item will be back in stock you can sign up to our newsletter or direct message on social media @bon_and_bear for more updates. 

RETURNS

We are happy to accept a return of your purchase if it isn't completely right for you, please let us know within 5 days using the contact us form. We will be able to refund or exchange on unused items in the original packaging if returned within 14 days of receipt once you have contacted us. 

Email us or log in to your account to request a return and details of how to send back to us. 

Any shipping charges will not be refunded and the cost of returning the goods and safe arrival to the returns address is your responsibility, therefore we suggest using a trackable service with proof of postage. Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty. 

Past the 14-day window? No problem. We understand that life can get busy and are happy to consider on a case-by-case basis when all other requirements have been met. Once the item is returned and inspected we will confirm whether a refund will be approved via email. 

If the item is not returned in a fully re-salable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.
