Nice colour and material, really soft but I can’t seem to make it work, it’s too loose for me. If this is intended to work for all sizes a guide for how to use it might be helpful.

Hi Maria,
Thank you for taking the time to review.
We are so pleased you loved the product itself and liked the quality but it is unfortunate you haven't been able to get on with this. It is indeed intended for all sizes as we want to be an inclusive brand, so this has been trialled on sizes from 6-20 and we have always had positive feedback. We have a help section on the website and videos on our socials to show how to use the loop, but as the product is simply meant to pop over your head/shoulder we don't create guides as such like we would with our more detailed baby wrap method.
We hope you have been able to get some use out of this or can gift to a friend who might be able to use instead.
Do follow our socials for more help and info, and thanks again!

Such a good find!

I’m due in September and it’s my first baby, and when I came across this I was so happy as I’d been looking at blankets etc and wondered how easy they were going to be to use to hopefully breastfeed out in public as a new mama. The material is so beautiful and the Oat colour is perfect for my style, I can’t wait to give this a go when my little boy is here!

Material is lovely and it arrived packaged nicely. unfortunately I think the loop is too big so it was baggy and didn’t seem fit for purpose. Gutted because in the photos it appears to work. Disappointed with fit!

We were gutted to hear you were disappointed with our Chicago Loop and hope our email reply at the time of delivery was satisfactory for a refund or exchange to a leopard print cover.
We have never heard from our customers that the loop doesn’t fit well or isn’t as pictured, we designed it to fit all mothers, as we want to be inclusive to allow up to plus sizes, but including petite wearers so that this does not swamp smaller bodies either.
Our Neutral colour loop is made with Bamboo Cotton, so naturally, this fabric is slinkier/softer and drapes more than our printed fabric which is regular cotton - therefore this will sit slightly differently than in the leopard print images. However, the overall fit and style of the product is as we intended using the breastfeeding cover as photographed. This is to allow room for the baby to breastfeed comfortably and move their head, allowing you to check on them easily so it isn't clinging to you both either.
