Pre-Orders:Any orders placed that include a pre-order item will be on hold until the pre-order stock is available.  If you have ordered using our express shipping method, this service will be used on the dispatch date.

Returns & Exchanges:

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your delivery date to request a return and 14 days thereafter to return the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all packaging/tags, and in its original packaging. 

  • International orders are final and no returns will be accepted
  • Items in the sale and bundles are not eligible for return
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and have no cash value
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items received without pre-authorisation will not be refunded
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty

Any items returned not in a saleable condition will be subject to either a restocking fee of 20% or will be returned to you and no refund will be issued. All items returned to us are at your own risk and expense, so we recommend using a recorded service.

Why our returns policy is important as a baby company

Although we would love to be able to offer more flexible returns, safety and hygiene is our top priority.

Our products are designed for breastfeeding and babywearing, which means they are often in close contact with the baby or mother. This can lead to an increased chance of breastmilk or saliva present, which may not always be apparent when you have used the items.

We unfortunately can't accept washed items either, because any detergent can cause reactions to a baby's extra sensitive skin.

With a focus on safety, our wraps require a thorough inspection if these have been worn and used with your baby. This ensures a a secure product but comes with additional costs to reprocess.

We hope as parents yourself that you understand and would expect the same experience as a purchaser knowing your products are 100% perfect and safe.

Can I return a gift

If you received a gift purchased from our website and don’t wish to keep it, you may be eligible for exchange or store credit. The item(s) must meet all criteria in our returns policy. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Preoders and Backorders

When ordering a backorder item, this item is currently out of stock but in production for restock. 

Similar to a backorder item, preorders are currently being produced, but it is a new design that we have not yet received stock of. By making a purchase, you will reserve the stock in advance of its official launch and typically these are in very limited quantities as we like to trial the response to these.

The estimated shipping date can be found at the top of the product description. To secure your item, your payment will be processed when you make the order. Once the item is ready, an email confirmation will be sent to notify you that your order has been shipped. 

Kindly keep in mind that orders cannot be shipped until they are available, even if express shipping is selected.
