Refund policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase date, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be with all original packaging.

You are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs and these are non-refundable, the buyer should consider using a trackable service to ensure safe delivery as any item that does not arrive cannot be refunded. 

To complete your return, we require proof of purchase with your order number/name included in the package or we cannot process this for you on arrival. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty. 

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the above terms and are not in a fully re-saleable condition.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account and then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

There is often some processing time before a refund is posted and we ask you please check with your bank provider first.
Please contact us if you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at heymama@bonandbear.com with full details and images if possible. Faulty items are goods which arrive with a fault and do not include wear and tear and must be notified within 2 days of delivery. 

A shipping label will be provided for you to return the item once we have investigated. 

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and only an exchange will be offered. 

Gifts (if applicable)
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you to use on a future purchase. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed about your return.
