HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?

UK orders will arrive within 2-4 business days once dispatched.

We ship Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has shipped you should receive a dispatch email with your tracking number and link attached for Royal Mail.

Please allow 7 business days once dispatched to arrive with you and use your tracking number to follow up first.

DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

We support all Mamas worldwide! Shipping is a flat rate £11.95 tracked & signed.

This does not include duties and taxes that may be incurred and the customer is responsible for any fees on arrival. International sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

Depending on the location and each country's postal procedures, your order can take up to 2 weeks to arrive. Please allow up to 10 business days once dispatched to arrive. If you have not received your order after this time, please contact us.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR CUSTOMS/IMPORT DUTIES?

EU: All orders are subject to custom fees which are calculated on arrival into the country and the responsibility of the customer. If fees are not paid and an order is returned to us, return shipping and fees will be deducted from the final refund. 

Rest of World: Custom fees/duties are subject to local rules and are the responsibility of the customer on arrival.

Alternatively, you can purchase through our Etsy page where import fees are collected at purchase.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL IS MISSING?

Firstly, check your tracking link for delivery confirmation and then all safe places - neighbours/recycling bins/porches/garages etc. If you still cannot locate it, then please contact us.

We require notice of the missing parcel within 14 days of your order date.

Please ensure you provide a full correct address for the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for items that do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details provided.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of the date the order was shipped.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, in their original condition and with all tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse returns which do not meet the criteria above or show signs of wear.

International sales are final and no returns will be accepted.

HOW DO I START A RETURN?

Please email us with your order number and postcode, which can be found in your confirmation or shipping email.

Once your return has been created you will receive an email to confirm and we require you to send the items back to us.

The cost of returning the goods and safe arrival to the returns address is your responsibility, therefore we suggest using a trackable service. Shipping charges are only refunded if the item is faulty. 

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you within 5 business days if this has been accepted or declined.

If it meets all return critieria, we will process it back to the original payment method and this can take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank.
