How much is shipping?

UK Orders:

Free delivery on orders over £50

Standard £3.50 - Tracked 48

Express £4.50 - Tracked 24

Please ensure you provide a full correct address for the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for items that do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details provided.

Do you ship internationally?

Absolutely! Shipping starts from £10.95, depending on your country, and will be calculated at the checkout.

This does not include additional taxes, all orders are subject to any applicable local customs duties and are the responsibility of the customer upon arrival.

If fees are not paid and an order is returned to us, return shipping and fees will be deducted from the final refund. 

International sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Depending on the location and each country's postal procedures, your order can take 2+ weeks to arrive. 

Where is my order?

UK orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days with Royal Mail Tracked. We ship Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day. 

Once your order has shipped you will receive confirmation with your tracking number for Royal Mail. Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for courier delays.

If your order has not arrived after 7 working days, please check your tracking number and all safe delivery places. If you still cannot locate it, then please email us.

We require notice of the missing parcel within 14 days of your order date.

What is your return policy?

Our aim is for you to use and love your Bon + Bear products.

Please keep in mind that there may be a learning curve for you and your baby while learning how to comfortably use your wrap or loop. Send us an email at heymama@bonandbear.com if you need further assistance. We are always here to help and are happy to provide guidance. 

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from your delivery date to request a return and 14 days thereafter to return the item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with all tags, and in its original packaging.

  • International orders are final and no returns will be accepted
  • Items in the sale/gift sets and bundles are not eligible for return
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and have no cash value
  • Original shipping costs are not refundable
  • Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items received without pre-authorisation will not be refunded

To complete your return, we require your order number/name included in the package or we cannot process it on arrival. 

We reserve the right to refuse returns which do not meet the above criteria or show signs of use. If items require repressing, these will incur a processing fee of 20% deducted from your refund to return them to a sellable condition. Upon receipt of your item, we will check for but not limited to: intact tags, perfume or washing detergent scents, spit up or other damage etc.

Why our returns policy is important?

Although we would love to be able to offer more flexible returns, as a baby company, safety and hygiene is our top priority.

Our products are designed for breastfeeding and babywearing, which means they are often in close contact with the baby or mother. This closeness can lead to an increased chance of milk or nappy leaks, which may not always be apparent when returning the items and a hygiene concern.

If you're wondering about washing items, we unfortunately can't wash them and we also can't accept washed items. This is because any detergent can cause reactions to a baby's extra sensitive skin.

With a focus on safety, our wraps require a thorough inspection and reprocessing if these have been worn and used with your baby. This ensures a secure product but comes with additional costs and potential deductions from refunds which we want to avoid as this can be disappointing. 

We hope as parents yourself that you understand and would expect the same experience as a purchaser knowing your products are 100% perfect.

How do I start a return?

If you have any queries about the returns policy before submitting, please email heymama@bonandbear.com with your order number and details.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, therefore we suggest obtaining proof of postage.

Items which are returned to us without prior consent and do not meet the returns criteria outlined, will not be accepted for a refund and returned to sender.

Can I return a gift?

If you received a gift purchased from our website and don’t wish to keep it, you may be eligible for exchange or store credit. The item(s) must meet all criteria in our returns policy. Original shipping costs are non refundable.

Preorders and Backorders

What is a preorder/backorder?

When ordering a backorder item, this item is currently out of stock but in production for restock.

Similar to a backorder item, preorders are currently being produced, but it is a new design that we have not yet received stock of. By making a purchase, you will reserve the stock in advance of its official launch and typically these are in very limited quantities as we like to trial the response to these.

The estimated shipping date can be found at the top of the product description. To secure your item, your payment will be processed when you make the order. Once the item is ready, an email confirmation will be sent to notify you that your order has been shipped.

Kindly keep in mind that orders cannot be shipped until they are available, even if express shipping is selected.

Can the rest of my order ship if it is in stock?

If you purchase multiple items along with a preorder item, they will all be shipped together by default. However, if you need your order sooner, you can replace the preorder item with an in stock product. Please reach out to heymama@bonandbear.com for further assistance.
