Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do! Shipping is a flat rate of £12.95 tracked. This does not include duties and taxes that may be incurred and the customer is responsible for any fees on arrival.
International sales are final and no returns will be accepted. Depending on the location and each country's postal procedures, your order can take 2+ weeks to arrive.
EU: All orders are subject to customs fees which are calculated on arrival into the country and are the responsibility of the customer. If fees are not paid and an order is returned to us, return shipping and fees will be deducted from the final refund.
Rest of World: Custom duties are subject to local rules and are the responsibility of the customer on arrival.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
UK orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days with Royal Mail Tracked.
We ship Monday - Friday (excluding bank holidays) and orders placed on weekends will be processed the next business day.
Once your order has shipped you will receive a confirmation with your tracking number for Royal Mail. Please allow 10 business days for delivery.
Please note we cannot guarantee delivery dates and are not responsible for courier delays.
What if my order is missing?
Please check your tracking for delivery confirmation and all safe places. If you still cannot locate it, then please email us.
We require notice of the missing parcel within 14 days of your order date.
Please ensure you provide a full correct address for the recipient. Unfortunately, we cannot be held liable for items that do not reach the recipient due to incorrect details provided.
What is your returns policy?
We are happy to accept a return on unused, unwashed items with all original packaging within 28 days of your order’s arrival.
We reserve the right to refuse returns which do not meet the above criteria or show signs of wear.
- International orders are final and no returns will be accepted
- Items in the sale are not eligible for return
- Gift Cards are non refundable and have no cash value
- Original Shipping costs are not refundable
- Delivery charges are only refunded if the item is faulty
How do I start a return?

The cost of returning the goods and safe arrival to the returns address is the customer's responsibility, therefore we suggest obtaining proof of postage.
Items which are returned to us without prior consent will not be accepted for a refund.
Can I return a gift?
If you received a gift purchased from our website and don’t wish to keep it, it may be eligible for exchange or store credit. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Original shipping costs and gift wrapping are nonrefundable. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you if this has been accepted or declined within 5 business days.
If it is accepted we will process it back to the original payment method and this can take 3-5 business days to reflect in your bank.
